Metris? Don’t see that often here. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a cargo Metris here.

Oh, Merc Vito. They’re around but not wildly popular. There’s a car versio

Not in the US either.

There’s a white VW Scirocco there as well, facing away in the second row (above the Ford Puma windscreen).

The Metris is too expensive and not really quite good enough. For some reason the postal service has gone and bought a ton of RHD Metri (Metrises?) despite the Transit Connect or even the Ram Promaster City (Fiat something small van) being better and cheaper and probably also available in RHD.
I saw a passenger Metris once. Weird. Somehow even less common than the passenger Promaster City.

Which Ka are we talking about? Or wait, that’s a Puma isn’t it? I don’t know.

Yes, I’ve seen them. Just agreeing with him that they’re not wildly popular in the US as well.

They are getting less and less common where I am. Shame, they are a beautiful car.

Do you pronounced it “Pewma?” Because in American that word is said like ”Pooma" and the alternate has always sounded particularly strange to me.

Pewma, like Cew
ba and Tewba.

I say Pooma as in scooba (scuba) loob (lube) or toob (tube) or loona (luna) etc
